Processing time
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 14:00 or at the weekend are processed on the next working day.

Tracking your order
As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your delivery.
Delivery address
Please check your address carefully before placing your order. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible; we can update the address as long as the order has not been dispatched yet.
Missed deliveries
If nobody is home, the courier will usually leave a card with instructions or try again on the next working day. Parcels that cannot be delivered are returned to us, and we will contact you to arrange a new delivery.
International orders
For deliveries outside our home country, import duties and taxes may be charged by the destination country. These charges are not included in our prices and are payable by the recipient.
