Measure your foot length in centimetres and match it to our size guide. If you are between two sizes, choose the larger one.

Most styles fit true to size. If a style fits small or large, we mention it in the product description.

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. Standard delivery takes 3–5 working days and express delivery 1–2 working days after dispatch.

Standard delivery costs $5.00 and is free on orders over $100. Express delivery costs $15.00.

Yes, unworn shoes in their original box can be returned within 14 days of delivery. See our returns page for the steps.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 working days after we receive and check your return.
